Use the Contact Us form or email us at email@example.com and our team will gladly provide you with the closest return address (depending on your location) within 48 hours of receiving your refund request. Once your returned product is received, an email will be sent to notify you and a refund will be processed through the original method of payment within 14 days.
In the case that the product comes defected or damaged on arrival, simply email us a photo/video of it to the above-mentioned email address and a replacement will be shipped out to you straight away!
1. To request a replacement, customers are required to provide photographic evidence of the products manufacturing defects/damage to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the case meets the guidelines mentioned above, we will happily cover the related costs to deliver a replacement or provide a refund.
2. The customer returning the goods will be responsible for the cost of the return via worldwide trackable registered mail – unless other arrangements have been negotiated with Mrs-Penguin.com.
3. The product must be returned unused, and in it's original condition.
4. Any product returned to Mrs-Penguin.com needs to be in a resaleable and original condition. Otherwise, Mrs-Penguin.com reserves the right to not accept the return and will send it back to the customer.

Though based in Europe all of our products are shipped from our warehouse in Asia. Shipping directly from our warehouse allows us to ensure the best quality control as well as the best worldwide shipping times possible.
We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges incurred.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undelivered because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please ensure that you have entered the correct shipping details when checking out.
